Welcome to "Tres Palmas" - a newly built four bedroom beach cottage in the Shadow Pines neighborhood of Scenic 30A!

This wonderful home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, features multiple shaded balconies, a fire pit, and includes a brand new 6-Person golf cart! The neighborhood pool is just down the street, beaches are an easy ride, and the amazing restaurants, live music, and attractions of the 30A area are all nearby!

The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. The home offers an open plan living space and one bedroom on the 1st floor. Three additional bedroom suites are on the 2nd floor.

The kitchen, living and dining areas are tastefully well-appointed with a blend of coastal-rustic decor. You'll find plenty of seating in the living and dining areas, plus additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar.

A full-size laundry and bathroom are located on the first floor as well.

The downstairs junior master suite includes a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with dual vanities and a full-size tub-shower combo.

The upstairs master suite, features a king-size bed and private balcony with neighborhood views. The upstairs master suite also includes a large private bathroom, with dual-vanity sinks and a walk-in shower!

The 3rd and 4th bedroom suites each offer a queen size bed, and share a jack-n-jill and private bath with tub-shower combo.

Just a short walk down the street from your house, and you'll find a full-size pool for the whole family to enjoy! The Shadow Pines neighborhood is quite peaceful, and you'll often find you've got the entire pool to yourself!

The beach is only a 10-minute walk, or quick bike ride (if renting/bringing bikes)! At the beach access, you'll find a good size parking lot, restrooms, outdoor showers, and plenty of places to grab a snack or drink while you're down there. The sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast cannot be beat!

Shopping and dining at Gulf Place are just a moderate walk (less than 10 minutes) down the bike/walking path, where you'll find multiple restaurants, bars, live music, coffee shops, board-bike-gear rentals, souvenir shops, an oyster bar, a beer garden, candy store, ice cream shops, and more!

Love biking? Check out the rental shops in Gulf Place and the bike path just across the street from the neighborhood. This paved bike path wanders endlessly along 30A (the beach road), winding through tiny beach towns for miles and miles.

If you're looking to get out into nature, the Long Leaf Greenway Trailhead is just around the block. Outdoor enthusiasts will love to walk or bike this peaceful trail for miles through the Point Washington State Forest!

*We always try to keep some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, floaties) at the property for your use. While these are not guaranteed, there’s usually a good stock of items available. We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

Exceptional!

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, with every aspect of our vacation meeting our highest standards. The accommodations were immaculately clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were pleased to find that the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The golf cart was a great amenity, and the beach, accessible via a short ride, was stunning. We also enjoyed strolling through the quaint shops in the nearby area. Our overall experience was outstanding, and we would highly recommend returning. Although we noted that the property is currently on the market, our stay was, nonetheless, perfect.

We had the best time staying here! The house was perfect for our family vacation and the location could not have been better. The golf cart provided easy access to the beach restaurants and shops near by!

Great Hosts!

We stayed here with 6 of our friends. It was beautiful and the perfect location. The golf cart was such a nice bonus. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. Andy and Kim were so helpful. We had batteries in the smoke alarm die and when I messaged them they were respectful, helpful, and took care of it within hours of messaging them in the early morning. They were kind and so helpful. Definitely great hosts.

Amazing Stay!

Our multiple family group had an amazing stay in Kim and Andy’s wonderful home! Everything was pristine and just as pictured, if not better! Very spacious.. the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have been to… golf cart came in handy but beach/shops/restaurants were extremely close and walkable. Pool was never crowded and we were usually the only ones there. Last but not least.. the beach at Santa Rosa was just stunning. Don’t miss out on this house!

Spotless! Hosts Very Responsive!

Stayed here with family for a Fourth of July beach trip! Took the advice from the host and watched the most beautiful firework show on the beach. The house was absolutely spotless which is always the #1 thing we look for. The location was right next to everything.. the beach and tons of restaurants! The golf cart made getting around a breeze, we took it everywhere and never had to use our own vehicles! The golf cart was in pristine condition and never had issues with it running low on battery. The neighborhood is very clean and safe as well! The host were very responsive and know what they are doing with running an AIRBNB. Thank you for giving us a beautiful home for the week ?

Great Hosts - Great House!

Super Host!

We had a great stay. Kim and Andy were super host. We had a couple of hiccups and they immediately took care of it!! The house was just as described and worked out for our family great! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, we really loved that. Restaurants were in walking distance and we walked and drove to the beach, depending on the weather. Walking was a short distance, but we didn’t want to get caught in the rain. Overall we had a great vacation in a great home. Thank you Kim and Andy!!

Nice Area!

It was nice area with a short walk or golf cart ride to shops and the beach. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were nice. There were beach toys and chairs for us to use. There were some kitchen items for use for cooking and a charcoal grill we used.

Perfect Location!

Perfect beach location and away from all of the hustle and bustle. Plenty of close restaurants and surrounding areas to do things. The house had everything you would need. We will definitely rent from them again!
