Awesome location, beautiful home we had an amazing stay. We will definitely keep it in mind on our next visit to the beach!

This was our second year staying at "Seahorse" and it’s absolutely beautiful. Our family always has the best time and Kim and Andy are the perfect host.

We had a wonderful time at this location! Everything was very clean and I was impressed by how comfortable the beds were. The golf cart made it very easy to get to the beach.

Great place to stay! The beach was within walking distance but the golf cart made it even easier to get there especially with all the beach toys included with the stay. There were enough beds and showers for everybody. Very nice place, would come back. Clean home and easy check in and very easy check out. We felt right at home. PS. The beach was very nice and we went there 2-3 times a day.

We absolutely loved this place and will keep it saved for future trips to 30A. The accommodations were even better than expected.

We had a great family beach trip. The golf cart was great to have even though it was a short walk to the beach. The beach access closest to the house was very quiet compared to most 30A beach access points. The private, lower deck surrounded by lush vegetation was great for morning coffee and evening relaxation time. This is a great place to stay and enjoy the gulf beaches.

Great stay! Home was conveniently located across from golf cart parking only beach. Host instructions and guestbook were very clear. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay in Santa Rosa. Our family of 10 fit comfortably and spaciously. It’s such a short walk to the beautiful beach. We expected the beach to be extremely busy, as 30a beaches usually are, and we were pleased to find out that the beach was not very crowded (mid July). The golf cart was an added touch as we had a couple of children with us, as well as all of our beach accessories, however the walk is completely doable. The home came with tons of beach accessories to use, which was great bc a couple of us forgot chairs and toys. We would absolutely stay again.

We loved loved loved our week in this lovely home! 2 adults and 4 teenagers and it was perfect! Everyone loved the layout and cleanliness of the home. It’s comfortable and so quiet. The golf cart was fantastic- we took it to Seaside and Watercolor for shopping and wandering (it’s About an 8 mile trek- bikes took about 50 minutes fyi!). The house is maybe a 3-4 minute walk to the gorgeous beach which has spots for parking the golf cart or for dropping off gear if parking is full. This side of 30A is quiet and residential which we enjoyed. The crowds in Seaside/Etc were not in the area here. We did drive to the other end (Rosemary) and eat/shop in different towns but really liked the less crowded end of this beautiful part of FL. We would definitely come stay again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Kim & Andy's and loved our time in Santa Rosa Beach! The house was more than enough room for our family of five and so close to the beach! Would highly recommend!

We spent a month and Kim and Andy’s in December with our 3 kids. The house was a wonderful setup on a nice private road away from traffic yet still very close to 30a and the beach. We had a blast using the provided golf cart. Kim and Andy were so responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. We loved our stay there!

We loved our stay and the house was so cozy and relaxing! Seems that Kim & Andy thought of everything and they were very helpful of you had any questions. Beds were very comfortable and décor was very nice. The location was awesome, with just a very short walk or cart right to the white sand! You want be disappointed in at stay here with Kim & Andy so book it now!!!

Great beach house close to a lot of great places and the beach! The golf cart was awesome and a great benefit during our stay. Kim and Andy were amazing hosts and had awesome communication. Everything about this house exceeded our expectations.

Had a great time. First time staying in the Panhandle and didn’t really know the area. No regrets! Great location. Within walking distance to the beach and a short golf cart ride to local restaurants and stores. A short car ride to Seaside and Destin. Having the golf cart was a great plus. House was super clean and had great space. Definitely would consider renting again if we decide to come back to the area. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The home had everything we needed and we loved the short walk to the beach. We had fun riding the golf cart to the local restaurants and shops. 5 stars!

Great house and location. Checkin was easy with owners responding quickly with access code. House was very clean and couch had just been cleaned. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards and 1 beach umbrella and cooler with wheels. Had an air fryer, toaster, coffee pot and well stocked kitchen. Great porch with chairs on the front perfect for sitting with your morning coffee. Golf cart was great for getting around to local restaurants and stores. Parking at the beach was limited but it’s an easy 2 minute walk. Publix and Walmart are both less than 10 minutes from the house. Local surf rental shop is close and delivered surf boards and paddle boards. Owner was friendly and gave lots of great tips.

We stayed with Andy and Kim these past 3 months and have to say they are some of the most thorough, gracious, attentive hosts we’ve ever stayed with. They gave us all the space we wanted but were available whenever we needed something. They were quick to take care of any need we had, and we had the pleasure of meeting Andy, a friendly, pleasant guy. The property itself was perfect for our family—close to the beach, lovely furnishings, great amenities, and we had so much fun on the golf cart. We loved having various family members come enjoy the beach with us. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks guys!
