Our family absolutely loved staying at Kim and Andy’s place! It was spacious and easily accommodated all 11 of us. The golf carts were such a fun and convenient bonus! When we had a small issue with the air conditioning, they handled it right away. Kim and Andy were so responsive and made us feel truly taken care of. We highly recommend this wonderful home and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachside Airbnb! The location was perfect — just a short and easy ride to the beach, which made our days super relaxing and stress-free. One of the best parts of the stay was having access to two golf carts — they were so fun to drive around the area and made getting around a breeze. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s clear that the hosts put thought into making it a welcoming space. All in all, we loved our stay and would definitely come back again — especially for the golf carts and that beautiful beach access!

We stayed here with three adult couples for a friends week. Place was perfect for this as there are three separate bedrooms with an attached bathroom for each. The place was super clean. Kitchen was equipped enough for us to make meals for ourselves. There was even a special ice tray for gentlemen’s cubes for drinks. We loved sitting on the screened in back porch for coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. Everything you could want was a short golf cart ride away including the beach, Publix, resort amenities, restaurants and bars. Kim and Andy were super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic townhome rental at Sandestin Beach Resort, and I can't recommend it enough! The space is incredibly spacious and updated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. It was spotless upon arrival, making it easy to settle in right away. One of the standout features was having two golf carts available, which made exploring the resort a breeze. The proximity to the beach and pool was another major plus—just a quick ride away, perfect for a day of sun and fun. Overall, this townhome exceeded all my expectations. It’s ideal for families or groups looking for a memorable getaway.

Great place, close to the ocean. Golf carts were great and plenty of beach chairs available for guests to use.We would stay here again!

Beautiful house, I was on vacation in Destin with my brothers and sisters, we stayed in this house, it was incredible, it had everything to make us feel comfortable! The communication with Kim and Andy was great, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean, the beds are large and comfortable, there were enough bath towels for our stay, it is a very quiet and private place, the beach is very close and shops and restaurants too!

Had a great time there. Access to the golf carts was great.

This was the perfect spot for us. It was everything & more ! We’ll be back next year !

We had a great trip. The accommodations were wonderful and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were a lot of extras we didn't even know were there. I would highly recommend and we look forward to visiting again!!!

Fabulous place to stay. The golf carts are great and they provided a lot of items to use on the beach. Perfect fit for the 9 of us and could have a had a couple more!

We enjoyed our stay here! The property is beautiful and well- maintained. Our beds were comfortable. The home is gorgeous and updated. The owners respond quickly to any questions asked. I recommend this property. We would definitely rent again!

This is a beautiful home situated right on the golf course. We loved spending time out on the screened in porch. The use of two gold carts to get around was a nice added feature. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely Spring Break stay in this lovely condo with my son! wife and 2 teenage daughters (12 and 14 yrs old) and their two friends. We loved the central location of this area. Felt safe letting the girls out on their own and they enjoyed having a tiny bit of freedom. Condo was very spacious, allowing us all personal space. The adults had fun driving the golf carts everywhere (my first time driving a golf cart). Would definitely come back!!!
