Beautiful home, excellent condition.

We had the most amazing time! The home and amenities were absolutely perfect. The location could not have been better either. Close to restaurants, shopping, boat rentals and more. We certainly hope to get the opportunity to go back and visit again sometime. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and the hosts. Thank you again for making my birthday week more than I could have imagined.

Kim & Andy were amazing hosts! The house was perfect for our large group and the location to the beach was amazing! The kids LOVED the pool! Kim was so responsive with any questions we had and super helpful! Thank you guys for a great stay!

We had a family get together and this house was a perfect set-up. It was very spacious and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The patio/pool area was beautiful with a great view. Kim and Andy were great hosts! We would definitely stay there again!

Incredible house at an incredible location. Would book again every time. The beach is basically across the street with beautiful water and sand. The view is amazing and the community the house is in is quiet and gated. The rooms are all a great size as are their accompanying bathrooms. We loved our stay

We had 5 families stay in this beautiful house this past week, and the experience was great. The kitchen and dining area was great for our big dinners and the bedroom layout worked out great for each family. The pool was used every hour of the day and the easy beach access was a huge plus.

The house was absolutely perfect at first we didn’t know if we would like not staying directly on the water but once we got there we loved it the walk was short the house at a beautiful view of the ocean will definitely go back!

Perfect property for a Corporate Retreat. Huge Kitchen/Dining/Living Area was perfect for our meeting space. Huge bedrooms, with private baths and No Bunk room (difficult to find a big house without a bunk room). Outside space was perfect for relaxing after a day of meetings.

My family and I enjoyed this home 1000%. A great place to build memories on a family vacation. The host responded quickly to questions and even had surprise elements within the home. The home has everything you need to to settle in quickly and get straight to vacation. Location is prime with a fantastic view. The included aminites are convenient and enjoyable. We hope to visit again.

The house was amazing and perfect for our whole family. The 2 upper levels were awesome for our grown children and our grandkids. The pool and hot tub got used every day and night. Great location and Kim and Andy were quick to respond to any issue.

Kim and Andy's house in Destin was stunning. Huge bedrooms, equipped with anything we could possibly need for a week in Destin. The beach was pristine, just across the street, and because of the private access the beach was always quiet and never crowded. Check in was seamless. We would love to come back and stay again sometime.

If you are wanting to vacation in destin this place is a must stay. great location from crab island and the harbor. beach access within 60 yards from the back pool area. and the pool wow

Can’t say enough about this house and the location. Everything was perfect. Communication with the owners was great and if anything was needed, responses were almost immediate. Tons of extra perks included with this house, unlike many others in the area (bikes, golf cart, clubhouse access, elevator, beach chairs/umbrella and pool toys and supplies).

House was amazing, location was perfect. Info regarding check-in and other house/rental details was easily understandable and accessible. Communication with owners could not have been any better! So many additional perks with the house added convenience to our vacation: golf cart, access to community courts, daily reserved beach chairs/umbrella in a very private and uncrowded area, and countless additional beach chairs and pool toys available on the back patio. Would highly recommend!

For my mother's 60th birthday, we decided to celebrate by renting the Poseidon Paradise. It was an absolute delight, accommodating 18 adult family members perfectly. The kitchen provided everything we needed for cooking, making it unnecessary to venture out when we could prepare meals right there. The beach is a quick walk across the road. Every morning, two chairs and an umbrella were set up for us and plenty of chairs to bring from the house, enhancing our beach experience. Coming back from the beach there is an outdoor shower to rinse off before jumping into the amazing pool/hot tub. Additionally, we arranged for a bonfire on a nearby beach, less than 3 miles away, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it, especially for larger groups celebrating special occasions. Overall, I am genuinely impressed with our stay at Poseidon Paradise, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this place to my family and friends.

This house was amazing, even better in-person! The layout and location was perfect for our large family vacation together. The owners were great and very timely answering any questions I had. Our group does a vacation like this every few years and all 20 of us agreed that this is by far our most FAVORITE place, We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for helping us create the best memories!

We absolutely loved this home - location, view, space, amenities - this place had it ALL! The beach was HEAVEN and we loved have our spot marked with the 2 reserved chairs and umbrella every day. 🙂 Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us! ! Can't wait to come back. 🙂
