Lilo's Landing

What a beautiful home! It was the perfect setup for two families of 4. Every room was spacious, including the bathrooms and closets. For those bringing a baby, the main mater closet is big enough to fit a crib and super dark and quiet! The pool was great and not overly busy, though it did cool down significantly on cloudy days. The neighborhood felt very safe and serene…great for easy walks. It was a plus the house was a short walk to the pool. I would highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay at Lilo’s Landing! The house was beautiful with plenty of space! The location was the perfect distance from the beach and everyday we used the community pool afterwards! Highly recommend!

Our family had an amazing stay! We loved it so much that we stayed an extra day. I was amazed at the space and accessibility. Both of my parents have stage 4 terminal cancer and us kids wanted to gift them with a trip to the beach. Getting around is hard for them at this point and we were worried about how we could find a place that would work, but this spot made everything so easy! There is a ramp for wheelchairs/beach buggies/coolers that made it easier to get out the door. My parents absolutely loved having breakfast with the grandkids at the large dining room table! There are plenty of games to play and the covered back porch was so nice to sit at and relax. The pool area was AWESOME! Thank you guys for an amazing, memorable vacation. We will not forget it!

We loved our stay at LILO’s Landing! The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was beautiful and clean, had so much space, everything we needed and more. Loved using the bikes to get around town, as parking is crowded. Easy bike ride into town, public beach access, restaurants. Also walkable, but takes a bit longer. The bedrooms in the house are spread out, so everyone has their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and private and houses well-spaced from neighbors. Neighborhood pool is awesome! Hosts were quick to help and answer questions. Neighborhood is situated in a good area, about equal distance to Destin in one direction, and to the opposite end of 30A the other direction. Close to several good restaurants and shopping. Only positive things to say about this place-it was great!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was extremely nice—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed and more. The location was also perfect, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with great restaurants and shops nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This house was amazing. Not only beautiful but very well appointed. The home owners thought of everything a renter could need or want. What had me was the beach bag in every closet just in case you forgot to bring one (which I did). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and with in walking distance to the beautiful neighborhood pool. We happened to be there on food truck night. An unexpected treat. We will be back.

The house was absolutely stunning! It had all the things to make you feel right at home. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook a meal. Location was good too. Pool was the kids favorite part even though we drove 7.5 hours to see the beaches! The hosts were always super quick to respond to whatever questions I had. Thank you for a beautiful vacation spot for our family!

Lilo’s landing was just as advertised. Amazing house that was perfect for our 2 families. The location was great - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The house had everything we needed for our week at the beach. The neighborhood pool was awesome!! Kim & Andy were very responsive and gave us a lot of suggestions for things to do and places to go. Beautiful home tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood not far from Gulf Place . The house and pool were amazing and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time. House was well stocked with beach gear and could easily entertain dinners nightly. Excellent communication the entire time. Thanks again.

Our experience at Lilo's Landing exceeded all expectations! The property was impeccably clean, comfortable, spacious, and even more beautiful in person. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of the pool, and we were provided with bicycles, beach equipment, and Beach Bags for each room. It was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this place.

This was a beautiful rental with plenty of space for my family! The rental was very clean and inviting. We enjoyed the community pool and biked to the beach every day! The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs! We especially lived have 2 dishwashers and 2 washer and dryers! Most importantly, we loved the mobility accommodations throughout the home! There was a a ramp that my mother used to get in the home and grab bars in the master shower! Please note that the walk-in showers have a small 1 inch step down— my mom was able to easily navigate the step, though. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

Kim & Andy were awesome!! They were so helpful and left very thorough instructions and places to explore. The house is unbelievable and was awesome in so many ways. It felt new and so clean. We absolutely loved our stay at Lilo’s Landing!! The pool and local restaurants were great!! We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Santa Rosa Beach. We will definitely be back!!!!

We will be back at Lilo Landing. This house perfectly fit our family and our needs! The beach was so perfect for my wife with the access ramp down to the water, house was open and super beach themed! Loved every second of it! Awesome place Kim and Andy, we look forward to booking again!

Very clean home and responsive host communicated thoroughly when the power went out. Homeowner was generous enough to leave us homemade sweet tea and kept ample supplies for the beach. Would definitely come back! Only suggestion is to have a full standing mirror. Other than that, everything was 100!

House was amazing! Perfect design and decor that is very open, but yet private. Everything all on one floor and lovely screened in patio. Lots of extras we didn’t expect like the two dishwashers, two washer/dryers, and two full size fridges were nice surprises along with the outside shower area. Pool and it’s location were wonderful. Everything was thought of in this house. We plan to return.

We traveled with 3 generations (14 months to almost 60) and this space was great for everyone! Loved having easy access to the pool, bikes to use, and great beach chairs! Screened in porch with a fan, an extra fridge in the laundry room which house 2 washers and 2 dryers, all big plusses for me! This home is both kid friendly and accessible by wheelchair if need be. We would absolutely come back!

If you are reading this review look no further. This house EXCEEDED our expectations. Kim and Andy were amazing host and responded very quickly with any questions we had. The house is beautiful and very spacious. I could live there 7 days a week. The house was less than a mile walk to the beach and restaurants in the area. We rode the bikes they provided around the neighborhood and to local shops. Book this house and I promised you will be beyond satisfied.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lilo’s Landing. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable beds, and had ample space for everyone to spread out. There were two dishwashers and two washers and dryers, which was a huge plus! Convenient to the beach and restaurants about a mile down the road. The pool was huge and a big hit for my family. It wasn’t ever crowded. I definitely recommend this home to others, you won’t regret it!

The stay was fantastic! The house was exactly as described, extremely clean and a beautiful space. Kim and Andy are very responsive to all requests. They are also accommodating with being flexible. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend staying here. 10/10
