Great home with plenty of space for adults and kids. We had 9 adults plus a baby, there was room for more! The pool was fun for playing with baby and lounging for adults. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Beautiful views of the Gulf from every level. Loved the close proximity to the beach and Pompano Joe's! We had a great time!

Absolutely beautiful home, and steps away from the private beach!

Very close to the beach. Very spacious house! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Definitely would recommend and stay again!!

We took entire family, 14 of us including two teens and 2 kids under 7. We had a great time staying at the house. It was as advertised. Loads of room for everyone. Pool and hot tub were used every day and we all loved it. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Location was outstanding. Across street within easy walking distance to beach. Glad we had the private beach access. Neighborhood was nice and relatively private. It was one of our favorite Vrbo’s e have stayed in. It made for a great family trip.

Lovely home in a great location. Great to have bathrooms in each bedroom with a large group (9 adults, 4 children). Beautiful ocean views from the 2nd & 3rd floor balconies. Plenty of dishes and cookware. It was nice to have chairs and toys to take to the beach. I’d highly recommend.

We had a group of 16 ladies and this was the perfect location! There was plenty of space to get some alone time but also for us to hang all together. The dining table fits 10-12 easily! The location is 2-3 minutes to the beach and there were plenty of chairs and inflatables from previous guests. The additional garage fridge was very handy for drinks and cooler items. Everything was as described!

We had 14 people and 4 separate families stay at this house. The multiple living rooms and balconies was very helpful as we had spots to connect with each other and spots to be separate as families (having a bunch of bathrooms is also nice with a large group). The pool was perfect for our kids 7 and under and in May getting it heated was great because we could enjoy at any time of the day. The house was very clean and was easy to make a home for the week. Easy walk to the private beach and not having to go to the crowded public beach was a huge plus. It’s also a short 10-15 min walk to gift shop, restaurants, and ice cream.

Will definitely be staying again!!

The house was wonderful. We had 3 families and there was plenty of room to spread out between the 3 levels of the house. It was really nice to have a living room and mini-kitchen on levels 2 and 3. Also, it’s little things like the sheets and comforters were soft and the towels too which makes the stay more comfortable. They also had an extra fridge in the garage which is a nice plus for keeping extra beverages chilled! The walk to the beach was easy. The little kids didn’t mind it at all. We enjoyed the private beach access for the neighborhood and wasn’t over crowded. There was also a restaurant that was an easy walk which was convenient. Hosts were proactive at reaching out and quick to respond. Overall, a great stay at the beach and would stay here again!

This house was amazing and fit our extended family vacay perfectly. We had 11 people in total including 2 toddlers and 3 kids. We still had plenty of room and bathrooms! We paid to have the pool heated (we were there the end of March) and it was great. The hot tub was also a huge plus. Access to the beach was very easy and a quick walk.

We stayed for 5 days with our 5 kids, grandparents and great grandma and this place exceeded all my expectations!! End of a quiet street, around the corner for a private beach!! Ocean views for the balconies!! Bring one and bring all there is so much room in this house!!! We will be back!

This was our first airbnb rental. The house was beautiful and spacious for our kids and guests. Location was perfect. Kim and Andy were very informative and friendly. We’ll never stay in a hotel on vacation again!

One of the best hosts! They were very nice the whole time, whenever I asked a question they were very quick with responding! House was beautiful, with perfect location! My family had a wonderful time at the house!

The location is amazing. Great view of the ocean from the 3rd and 2nd floor. The place is a lot bigger than the picture. Kim (Property Manager) was quick to respond and take care of issues that come up. The second fridge in the garage was a lifesaver for our large family.

We had a large family group that required fairly specific room arrangements. Kim/Andys' house worked perfectly. Additionally, having the private pool, and, a very easy, short, walkable route to the private beach access was extremely enjoyable.

We loved our stay. This was our first stay in a home after 4 decades of condos. And I know that we can’t go back. Although not directly on the beach front, the walk across the street was easy and quick. The private beach area was wonderful. The house was clean and spacious.

Where to begin…this home is just beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. Host was extremely responsive the few times we had to contact them because they left great instructions on how everything works. All expectations we had from the listing were met perfectly by the home and hosts. On top of all that, the best part is location. A very short walk (1-2 blocks) through a quiet neighborhood to private beach access. A few walkable shops and dining, but everything you need/want is just a short 5-10 minute drive away. This was our first time to the area and hopefully won’t be the last. Would definitely stay here again or try one of their other properties next time. Great host and great overall experience.

This home was more than AMAZING! This house is huge and we, not once, felt like we were on top of each other. The living areas on all three floors are so spacious and number of bathrooms made it super easy for all of us to use. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. The pool (which we paid to be heated) felt great as well as the hot tub. The views from the second and third balconies were breathtaking. If you have a large group and want to feel like you have your own space, this is the house for you! Great, responsive hosts as well.

Perfect place for large families staying in the Destin area. Large bedrooms, tons of space, close to the beach, with lots to do!
