Beautiful house, private, quiet, spacious, and great location! We had a lovely week long stay. The golf cart was super helpful and fun to drive to the beach and made it much easier to find parking. They had everything we needed for Long Beach days (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach cart/wagon, toys, etc.). The beds were really comfy and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. The community pool was also amazing. Andy and Kim were very quick to respond to any questions we had as well and friendly.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family vacation. The community pool was so fun, my kids had such a great time there. We made so many great memories here, highly recommend to any family looking for a special place to stay!

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Aquamarine. It was as wonderful as we remembered. We had everything we needed and more already in the house--well stocked kitchen, beach toys/equipment, TVs in all bedrooms... The pool is amazing and a big part of the reason why we rebooked. It's massive and never crowded. Plenty of room for my kids to spread out and play without feeling like we were in anyone else's space. The new golf cart is awesome! We enjoyed our golf cart ride down to the Dune Allen beach access (a little less crowded) in the evenings. For our daytime beach trips, we were just a short ride from Grayton Beach State Park, where day admission was free and the beach was not crowded! Loved our stay!

My family loved the home. Golf cart was awesome took it everywhere around town. Community was a hit with the kids. Probably the cleanest air BNB ilwe have stayed in. Highly recommend Kim and Andy were perfect hosts.

We enjoyed our time at the house! Wonderful back patio to grill and relax. So close to the beach, shops and eateries. The golf cart was the highlight of our trip. We love 30A!

Amazing house for spring break with kids - incredibly clean, great location, and with lots of pool and beach supplies (chairs, sand toys, life jackets and noodles) in the garage. Kim and Andy’s guidebook to the house and neighborhood was very thorough to answer any questions and they were extremely responsive! We loved the huge pool and taking the golf cart all around!

We enjoyed our stay so much at Kim and Andy’s place!! It was so nice and clean, beds felt like a dream and it was such a short golf cart ride to the beach! Absolutely perfect location and the community the house is in is beautiful! The kids loved the huge pool and all the beach toys the house had to offer. I was honestly shocked at how much they had in their garage. There isn’t a single thing you’ll need to pack for a day at the beach because they have it all! Highly recommend their house! Thank you all again!

A great vacation getaway spot for our family of 5. The neighborhood is beautiful and their home was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you need and even had a crock pot! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk bed room! My personal favorite was the screened in back porch area. The neighborhood has an enormous pool and it’s especially gorgeous at night! The provided golf cart was a life saver when heading to the beach or a quick bite to eat. Also, the garage was stocked with all kinds of beach equipment from chairs, wagon, floaties for kids and even water protectors for phones! Oh and multiple bikes are provided for riding around the neighborhood or down the bike trails! This home really does have it all and the hosts were very kind and helpful! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Aquamarine is a gem if you are looking for a relaxing place to spend time with family or friends! This house has a cozy feel in every room and you will appreciate all the little details! The screened in back porch area was our favorite place for morning coffee and afternoon sweet tea. The golf cart was a great way to get to our spot on the beach and around to all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the area and we will be back!
