The main living spaces include a light and bright kitchen with new quartz countertops, a mid-century modern dining room, a comfy living room with plenty of seating for movie night, and cozy den just off the kitchen area!

The master bedroom features a king size bed, a full size bathroom, and sliding door access to the back yard patio!

Two of the guest rooms each include queen beds with large flat screen TVs and access to the full-size bathroom just outside the bedroom door.

The double-full bedroom features two full-size beds, a large flat screen TV, a medium walk-in closet, and access to the full-size bathroom just outside the bedroom door.

The garage has been converted to an island-style game room - the kids and adults will love it! The full-size pool table is so much fun! Such a great way to enjoy the evening, chit-chat, or even put the game on the two large flat screens! We've also added a Nintendo gaming wall!

Time to explore? Jump in the 6-passenger golf cart and you've got the entire Sandestin Beach Resort to drive around! Cruise over to the famous Baytowne Wharf area for restaurants, shops and activities, or stop by the Marina Bar and Grill for a few apps and a wonderful sunset view! Drive through the golf cart tunnel to the south end of the resort and cruise down to the beach, or just grab your morning coffee an explore the expansive resort for as long as you can imagine! It's a golf-cart paradise, with safe speed limits, making it great for just cruising around!
