You'll enjoy the separate dining room, full laundry, and a dedicated work station desk for anyone needing to get a little work done on vacation!

The garage game room is so much fun - you'll find a ping pong table, shuffle board, gaming wall with Nintendo, yard games, and a Tiki bar and large flatscreen TV for your enjoyment! Grab a cold drink and let the games begin!

The Master bedroom includes a king bed and twin day bed, and also features a private bath with plenty of closet space, and a private outdoor patio!

2nd and 3rd bedrooms also feature king beds, with a full size bathroom including tub and shower just steps away. Bunk room features 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

An additional full bathroom is located off the game room. In the back yard, you'll find a grilling patio, outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill!

On top of everything this amazing home has to offer, you're in the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort! The neighborhood pool is a short golf cart ride down the street, and whether your prefer to take the golf cart or drive, you'll love exploring this expansive resort - enjoy dining and activities in Baytowne, sign up for a tennis lesson or a round of golf, rent bikes, or just take an excursion for happy hour at the Marina Bar and Grill!

*We always try to keep some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, floaties) at the property for your use. While these are not guaranteed, there’s usually a good stock of items available. We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.
