Kim and Andy were amazing and quickly helped us with any questions and issues we had! The house was beautiful and very spacious, it worked out perfectly. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We are very happy with our stay. The pool was perfect and so close to the home. The house is huge and fit all of family. We would highly recommend this home for anyone considering staying along 30A. This was our first time ever visiting 30A and I am thankful we stayed here at this home.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Santa Rosa Beach was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by how thoughtfully everything was set up. The house was spacious, spotless, and filled with stylish, high-end touches that made it feel extra special. We especially loved having the golf cart—it made getting to the beach quick and fun, and it was such a great addition to our trip. The pool, just steps from the back door, felt like our own private paradise. We spent so much time relaxing there and it was such a highlight for everyone. The kids had an absolute blast in the bunk room, and the pool table provided hours of fun for both the adults and kids. There was truly something for everyone, and the layout of the house gave us plenty of space to spread out and still come together comfortably. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and all the little extra touches throughout the home made it feel so welcoming and well cared for. Can’t wait to go back !

We absolutely loved our stay! We had a large family vacation with 7 kids and 8 adults and the house was the perfect size. The golf cart was a nice bonus and we were able to quickly get to the beach. There is an ice cream place located near the beach that was wonderful and we recommend trying. The pool is steps away from back of the house which is exactly what we needed for the kiddos. They have everything you need to cook at the house if you decide to stay in. They also have two washers and dryers. We highly recommend staying at Kim & Andy’s place!

I would definitely recommend Kim & Andy’s place for anyone with a big group. It’s such a beautiful home and very clean. It was easy to relax and enjoy time with family. Access to the big pool was amazing to just walk out to it, the kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

JWe would definitely stay again. No complaints! The pool and pool table were must haves for our family of 14. The golf cart made trips to the beach easy; parking is limited unless you're an early riser (we are not). If you don't want to be a sardine on the beach you'll have go early to stake your claim. Too crowded for us so we spent more time at the pool. Backing up to the pool was perfect for frequent visits. Plenty of space inside the house and at the pool. Great selection of pool floats to choose from. The extra fridge was much appreciated!

This house was amazing, 3 stories, plenty of room, TWO (2) washer/dryers. There was actually silverware, dishes and cookware for a large group, good job!! Made our trip very memorable, and the pool... BEAUTIFUL!! Check in was a breeze and hosts were responsive to our questions. One of my best VRBO experiences. Thank you Kim and Andy!!

Great place for a large group! Pool as great as pics! Never overcrowded. So grateful for golf cart! As warm as it was, can’t imagine having to walk to beach or shopping!! Would always recommend beach to the West (of the main entrance on 383) panic beach entrance(?) not nearly as crowded !!! Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, silverware. Only wished there were more bath towels!! That is truly the only thing we can think of! So thanks for a great stay for myself and other 11 family members!

We had a great time at the “Waterfall” home. The house was beautiful and spacious. It gave privacy to all with bedrooms located throughout and allowed for large gatherings in the kitchen/dining room/family room. The kids had plenty to do with the game room and the huge, spectacular swimming pool. Although the public beach was only a mile away, we enjoyed going to Henderson Beach State Park (13 miles west) for much more space and comfort. The golf cart was also an added bonus that was a lot of fun. Kim and Andy were awesome. They were very informative and extremely helpful.

This house was amazing for our 3 families that stayed with kids ! Beautiful and CLEAN! Beds were very comfortable, hosts were great with communication and instructions! House was stocked with necessary things for kitchen, beach, etc. Would recommend this airbnb to anyone !

We loved Santa Rosa Beach! This area is great! The ocean water is crystal clear. We loved staying in this house near this awesome pool! It was well stocked with everything they said it would be. It was convenient to shops and dining. The gas powered golf cart took us all over and to the beach about a mile or so away. We would stay there again! The owners were very communicative.

What an incredible home that our family enjoyed for 9 wonderful days! The kitchen had all equipment we needed to prepare our meals. Every bedroom had comfortable beds and high quality linens. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and luxurious! The shared spaces were cozy, beautifully decorated with an elegant but laid back decor. The decks and patios were so nice to relax and have our beverages and read a book. The beautiful pool was so clean and inviting but not heated. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the pool because it was so cold. One of the best parts about renting here was that we got to use the gulf cart to get to and from Gulf Place and the beaches. We had to bring our own beach towels. Beach chairs and cooler were provided. We would recommend this home for large families and groups. It was such a pleasure to stay here!

The house was perfect with plenty of space for a large family and was within close walking distance to the beaches and shops. Kitchen and living area were very accommodating and cozy.

This house has it all!!! Beautiful, clean, great host, great location and it had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this for a large group. Short (as in 2-3 mins) golf cart ride to the beach and local restaurants. Great community pool. Kim and Andy are quick to respond to anything you may need. We are so glad we booked with them. My favorite things about the house were the downstairs kids area and the bed swing on the back porch. Don’t hesitate to book this home!
