My family and I had a fantastic stay at Kim & Andy's condo! The condo was pristine, well decorated, and just a few steps to the beach. The views from the condo are 5 star worthy. The balcony is very large and made a great spot for us to unwind and view the ocean and beach. We also loved being just steps away from some really good restaurants and shopping. The pool area was very clean and a great place to relax while not on the beach. If you're looking for beautiful and spacious lodging right on the beach, you cannot go wrong with this condo. We were a group of 5 adults and one toddler. We never felt crowded. Kim & Andy also provided info on a fantastic Baby crib and supplies rental. Was so nice not having to a pack a crib, stroller, high chair, toys, etc. Kim & Andy were spot on with communications, instructions, door and gate codes, etc. All questions were answered immediately from the time we booked through the entire stay.

This property is in the best location! Private beach, coffee shop across the street, some shopping & eateries also easily accessed without driving anywhere! All my requests were taken care of, if not immediately, then shortly after! Kim was great to work with!! Only thing I would say is carpet needs to be changed. We loved our stay!!!

We came to the beach with my son and my 80+ year old parents . The place was accessible to the not quite as mobile parents with an elevator and next door to ramped access to the beach . We greatly enjoyed the balcony where we could see and watch the ocean . The unit had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, showers had good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked, loved the big coffee mugs. Located right across the street from Gulf Place, it was an easy walk to the restaurants and shops there. We will most likely be back in the future!

This condo was wonderful! The view was spectacular, the access to the beach was unbeatable, and the condo itself was clean and well laid-out for everyone to have their own space. It was great that the condo came with 2 chairs set out each day on the beach, and it was really easy to rent more for everyone in the family. The building is right across the street from great restaurants and ice cream places, but the unit itself was really quiet. Access to the beach was perfect.

Kim and Andy were amazing hosts. The condo has the absolute best location and the easiest access to the beach. It was very convenient and comfortable. We will be booking again!

Location, location, location. Never need to get back into the car unless you want to go to a favorite restaurant. Shunk Gully right across the street. Condo is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Elevator = no stairs. Unbeatable view. Thumbs up!

Our stay here was an amazing experience. The condo was very clean, well decorated and very comfortable and nice furniture. One of the best parts of the condo was the view of the ocean and beach. The moment you walk down the hall of the condo you have a picture perfect view of the ocean. The balcony directly faces the ocean and beach without any obstructed views - no matter where you looked you were surrounded by the ocean. If you want a beach front place to stay I don’t know how much better you could do. Access to the private beach was easy and the chairs and umbrella for the beach was alway setup and then later taken down. You are able to get extra chairs and umbrellas for a small cost - pro tip: the more days you pay for extra chairs and umbrellas the more of a discount you receive. The beach was clean and the white sand was spectacular. Also, almost daily we saw pods of dolphins swimming near the coast line. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed. Highly recommend!

Classy. Everything they said it would be and more. It would not be overstating it to say that this is the best placed unit on that part of 30A. Sprawling ocean view and a large balcony -- effectively more than a 180 degree view because its a corner unit. Even has a view of the ocean from the BACK of the living room and kitchen, not just when you walk up to the large windows. The building is strong, quiet and meticulously well-maintained, and retains the classy feel of the unit inside. Half a dozen restaurants within a minute or two walk. Simply awesome. Yes, it's true that all of this benefit means that it costs more than other properties, and it should cost more, but in this case, it delivers on value. Well done Kim and Andy.

We had a great time in Santa Rosa Beach. The location of this property is great and right on the beach. We visited end of March so the weather isn't super hot, but the heated pool was warm enough for the kids to enjoy every day. Traveling with young kids and grandparents, we appreciated that there was a bathroom attached to each room and enough space to spread out between the large, comfy living room couch and the huge balcony overlooking the white sandy beaches. When we weren't in the unit, we enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and coffees at Sunrise Coffee, blackened grouper sandwiches from Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, craft beers at the Growler Garage, and ice cream from Pecan Jacks. All of these destinations (and more) are highly walkable and basically across the street from the property. The owners are incredibly responsive and were quick to respond when we had questions or needed anything during our stay.

We had a wonderful time on 30A in this lovely condo right on the beach in the Dune Allen area. Beautiful views of the gulf from the large balcony! Everything was just perfect! Thank you!

Kim and Andy’s place exceeded our expectations. Its prime location was quiet yet close to great restaurants and stunning ocean views. The spacious unit with direct private beach access, complete with daily chair setup, made for an unforgettable family vacation. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming, we felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend.

Amazing location! Beautiful condo!

In all my years traveling to the gulf coast for vacations, this was my favorite stay by far. The location cannot be beat, right on the beautiful emerald waters but across the street from shops and restaurants and bike rentals so you aren't car-dependent. Despite being so close to amenities, the building itself was private and quiet. We found the condo even more spacious than the photos, clean, and well-appointed. The combination of the open kitchen/dining and living area offered plentiful room to relax and socialize all while taking in truly incredible views of the gulf and the background music of the waves on the beach. We spent much of our time on the large balcony overlooking the water, enjoying coffee or meals, reading, and watching for dolphins. (You'll get beautiful views of sunsets AND sunrises!) All the information and instructions we received were clear and our hosts were very responsive. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for more, it was the perfect week at the beach!

Kim and Andy’s home was absolutely beautiful! This gem is located in a beautiful neighborhood with everything you could possibly need just a walk away. It was definitely a home away from home! Thank you, for your hospitality, kindness and quick response. Hope to stay again!

This place is absolutely top-notch. You get what you pay for, and this condo didn't disappoint. The location is superb, across the street from shops and restaurants on the main drag. Noise is NEVER an issue as the condo is long and very big. Plus, all the action is on the "backside", which of course is the amazing beach and ocean views off the balcony. There are codes to get to the pool and the beach, which is nice because you don't have a bunch of riff-raff and the public trying to get through. We're not partiers, and although nice, Destin is way too touristy and busy for us. Santa Rosa Beach is your answer if you're the same. A quick ride up to Seaside for the day is a must as well, then back to paradise. Great job to the owners, we'll definitely be back!

The unit is right on the beach and the porch is well appointed. A beautiful place to sit and have coffee in the mornings and to have a glass of wine in the evenings while enjoying the beautiful Gulf views. Throughout the entire process Kim and Andy were very gracious, always responsive to any questions we had. There are several wonderful places to eat right across the street so we never even got back in our car. The checkout instructions were clear and easy to complete. We have been coming to the 30A area for 30+ years and this is a place we will surely visit again.

Great experience! Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a clean, cool and beautiful property. The beds were so comfortable and I received much needed R&R. Location is the best, walking distance from shopping, restaurants and of course the beach. Must book if the opportunity arises.

Great property for a family vacation. Unit has a wonderful view of the beach and is located beachfront. Good restaurants and shops across the street so you never really have to leave. Would stay again.
