The Painted Palm

The Painted Palm was a great place for our fall break! We love the location and convenience of the Cypress Breeze neighborhood and the amazing pool. Our trip was cut short by Hurricane Isaias and Kim and Andy were great during the process, keeping us informed and updated along the way. We will be back!

Our stay was perfect and peaceful. The home and neighborhood are absolutely stunning and the pool was just the cherry on top. The neighborhood is just a short drive to the beach, local restaurants, and shops. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home! It was spacious, very clean, and the beds were comfortable with fresh, clean linens. The location was great, and the large pool was amazing for spending quality time with the family. The host provided clear and easy-to-follow check-in instructions, which made our arrival stress-free. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The place was awesome for our purposes. Everything was easy to access and the communication was on top. We had a great time, even though the weather was not that great. The pool in the neighborhood is very nice and was not too crowded, which allowed us to catch some water even though the beach was closed. Will definitely consider coming back

We had the best spring break at The Painted Palm!! Kim and Andy were incredible hosts and made our family feel right at home! We traveled with friends who also have young kids and rented the homes across the cul-de-sac from each other and it could not have been more perfect!! The cul-de-sac is quiet, allowing our kids to play freely on their scooters, do sidewalk chalk, and run freely! Kim & Andy were so generous and inviting, making the chaos of traveling with young kids so much easier. I would highly suggest renting from Kim & Andy and can’t wait to plan another trip!

We loved staying here. Kim & Andy are fabulous hosts and the property was primo. Our favorite things: the beds were super comfy and supportive, thick comforters, the couches fit our large family comfortably, the property is in a Cul-de-Sac where the kids could safely go outside and play volleyball or kick a soccer ball, the pool was unbelievably nice, the house had some beach amenities like chairs, shovels, some boards for the kids to play with and there was a grocery store less than 10 minutes away, and the neighborhood is just a really nice neighborhood where you can tell people care about their property and are friendly to each other. We come to the coast a lot for vacation and this was for sure ranked up there in our top favorite places. Loved it!

This beach house was great. It looked just like the pictures and the community was beautiful, the pool was a real stand out. The drive to the beach was short and there were so many great food choices close by.We enjoyed our stay at the house. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The kitchen was stocked but beware that no plastic ware was included. If you're staying with small children, this may make dining difficult. Check in and out was easy, no long to-do list before you have to leave. We appreciated the abundance of pool and beach things left in the garage. This made our trip so much easier since we flew to Florida and had nothing for the beach except towels.

Beautiful home with great hosts! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Kim and Andy made us feel at home in every way, even helped in ways they didn’t have to.

Great welcoming house with everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Kim and Andy were quick to reply to any questions. The house is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, groceries and shopping. Our group really enjoyed the time spent there and would definitely repeat if given the opportunity.

This was a great option for our first visit to Santa Rosa Beach. The pool was definitely a highlight! There are so many things to do just one mile from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet. It also helped that there were so many beach items for us to borrow. Thank you!

I have had some not-so-great experiences with vacation rentals and various companies. I was pretty hesitant and honestly worried about booking again. But I decided to give it another go. This property was FANTASTIC! It was just as described, if not better. The communication with the hosts was fantastic. The check-in and check-out processes were simple. Community pool was totally awesome. Short drive to the beach and stores. All around great property.

The house was as advertised, very clean and in a very beautiful neighborhood. My kids love the resort pool, beach was nearby as well as all the shopping. The house had everything we need and the living & dining room is very spacious. Would stay again.

The community pool is amazing. And this amenity alone is worth to book this AirBnB. From the grounds keeping, cleanliness & the water feels like silk! (If you’re a pool owner you know this is perfect chemistry) The Garage stocked with your basic beach needs. Great location if you head either direction on 30A. Peaceful and private neighborhood.
