This 4 bedroom home features a wonderful outdoor living space with screened-in porch and deck - you'll love the huge community pool, and golf cart, and the bikes included with your stay! The backyard is secluded, and backs up the to the quiet of the state forest.

The Cypress Breeze neighborhood entrance is just a 1/2-mile to the stunning emerald coast beaches, as well as great shopping and dining! Explore the biking and hiking trails nearby, or just stroll through the family-friendly neighborhood!

Sweet Breeze is artfully decorated and features an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area. The living room area features seating for the whole family, with a large flat screen TV offering a great place for entertaining and relaxing. The dining area provides seating for six people, with three more stools at the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen is very well-equipped to prepare family meals, and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig station, and ample storage.

The master suite features a King bedroom, walk-in closet, private bathroom with walk in shower, and large work space. You'll love the natural beauty of the state forest just outside your window.

The 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms are located on the main floor, and each offer a king bed, with coastal finishes and plenty of closet space.

The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, and is situated between the king bedrooms on the main floor.

The loft bedroom is a unique and inviting space. At the top of the the stairs, you'll enter through the loft doorway to find a full bed, a flat screen TV, plenty of space, and built-in storage for clothes. The loft works nicely for younger adults or children.

The beach is just a short golf cart ride or moderate walk away from your front steps. Just one mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season.

If you're looking for a place with a fun pool, you cannot beat Cypress Breeze! Walk or bike to the amazing neighborhood pool - at about 13,000 square feet, with multiple waterfalls and grottos, it's one of the largest community pools in all of Northwest Florida! *We always try to keep some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, floaties) at the property for your use. While these are not guaranteed, there’s usually a good stock of items available. We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

*The Cypress Breeze neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street. Overflow storage options may be available locally, but are not guaranteed - be sure to plan ahead, as overflow storage is not available or permitted on property.
