Ocean Spray Getaway

Had a wonderful stay with my family! Fit my parents, me, my husband and 3 kids comfortably. Just a short ride on the golf cart to the beach and other fun activities. We really love it here! We’ll be back for sure

Great home and neighborhood. Great location- close to the beach (bike, walk, or take the golf cart!), yet quiet neighborhood to be away from crowds. Perfect home with activities and space for our family with kids! Andy and Kim were easy to get ahold of when we had a question and very friendly! Would definitely stay here again

My family and I enjoyed the stay. It is very close to the beach (3min drive). The beach is absolutely beautiful. The house is great for large families. We definitely would book it again.

This place was better than expected! The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! It was perfect for our stay and would recommend to anyone. The golf cart was a huge plus for easy drives to local restaurants and the beach. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions or issues. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We had the best experience booking with Kim & Andy! They were very responsive and helpful. The house was super clean, just as described, had everything we needed, and really beautiful. We loved the neighborhood, house, and area of 30-A.

The place had plenty of space and plenty of things to do. We spent plenty of time playing foosball and the beach was just a short cart ride away. Also a nice place to relax and hang out when there is downtime and the beds were very comfy.

This rental is definitely at the top of my list for rentals along 30A. The home has ample space for a large group and is equipped with everything needed for your vacation. The home is located mere minutes away from the beach and scenic highway 30A. Amenities include a large neighborhood pool, foosball table, golf cart, and outdoor fire pit. I highly recommend this for your next vacation rental.

Perfect location about 2 minutes from the beach. Golf cart was very convenient for going anywhere around 30A. Slept 8 comfortably could definitely hold 10 or more. Definitely the best place I’ve stayed on 30A! 10/10

This home was amazing and had everything I wanted out of a beach home. It was very close to the beach access on 30a and the golf cart was very convenient. I would 100% come back any time of the year.

Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home! Lots of space to play games, cook, and relax . The house is very close to the beach and the neighborhood pool is great after a long day enjoying the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with all the gadgets and cookware you will need, and there is also a grill! We will definitely be booking this house again for our next vacay!

Wonderful home with plenty of space. The kitchen is full of cooking tools. Beds were super comfy. Great location and easy access to supermarket, restaurants and beach. The neighborhood pool is wonderful. We are definitely staying here next year.

Highly recommend! What an amazing home. We had the best time. This home is in a gated community, which felt very safe. It also has an awesome theme park like pool. The home was very clean, spacious and has all the comforts of home. We loved hopping on the golf cart and spending the days at the beach. In the evening we would cook a big meal, grill out and play games. Our family made so many great memories we have already booked it again.

A great spacious home with all of the amenities! From a massive resort style pool to kitchen wares and utensils, this house has everything you need! Game tables including ping pong and foosball, TVs, multiple places for dining, and an outdoor grill and patio space. The home also features an office space for anyone who needs to get some work done on vacation. My favorite amenity was the golf cart and 2 bicycles that you can hop on and be at the beach within minutes! This location makes everything easily accessible for a no hassle vacation! We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful home. Incredibly clean with lots of extras- foosball, ping pong, golf cart & a huge leather reclining sofa. It’s super close to the beach & the neighborhood pool is resort quality. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. We will absolutely book this home again!

We had the best time. 10/10 location right by the beach. The house was super clean and in great shape. Tons of amenities- golf cart, games, grill, back patio, etc. Everything was so good we’re already planning our next trip back.

Perfect home in a great community for a 30A vacation. The golf cart and community pool were terrific perks for exploration and relaxation! Kim was super responsive and helped make our stay perfect.

Great house in a nice quiet spot. Had a lot of fun on the beach every single day with ease by golf cart. We wanted for nothing really.

 Our vacation was amazing. This home is in a great community! The pool was awesome and a quick left out takes your right to the beach! We had a wonderful time! This is definitely a place I would stay again. Great hosts and a great time 🙂

Amazing Home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kim & Andy’s. The house was wonderful. It was clean and in a great quiet gated community. The house had everything we needed for a fun spring break vacation. We enjoyed the foosball table & the dart board. The golf cart was nice to run back & forth to the beach. The neighborhood pool is amazing! Unfortunately it was chilly for pool use during our stay but we will come back when it is warmer. The hosts let us know before we finalized booking that the pool would not be open for a few days & then promptly let us know when it did open during the week. The hosts were prompt, polite, proactive, and helpful with instructions and anything we needed during our stay. We would definitely book again!

Had an absolute blast here with my friends! It’s a great place for hanging out. fuse ball table, ping pong table, big TV, golf cart. It has everything you need to have the vacation of your life ! Plus it’s super close to the beach! Easy drive on the golf cart! Not to mention that pool is incredible. I have swam in hundreds of pools along 30A and that is by far the coolest pool. It’s not even close! The pool was incredibly refreshing to come back to after a long day at the beach! 10/10 recommend. Everything was super clean, and worked properly!
