The house has great living space and the deck is huge and It is so close to the Gulf.

House had everything one could want! B each toys inside games and the most well appointed kitchen.

We loved this home for our vacation with another family. Everyone had clean and comfortable surroundings and the view was just stunning. Would definitely stay here again!

While we had normally booked properties further East on 30A (Seagrove Beach area), this location was only a 20-30 minute drive to get to Seaside and Watercolor shopping. This property was perfect for our party of 6 adults. The location cannot be beat: right on the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen provided everything we would want to cook our meals as well as blend our frozen drinks. The back patio was the perfect place to relax in the Gulf breeze. Stinky's Fish Camp (great restaurant & bar with live music) is just a short walk down 30A. We would definitely book again without hesitation.

My family had the most amazing vacation this year. Kim & Andy’s place was a huge part of it. We loved the direct access to the beach. We were on the beach every day, making the most of it. The home was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. It was close to places to eat, drink, and shop as well. The trip ended with an engagement proposal. My daughter and future son-in-law will forever hold a special place in their heart for this property. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place right on the beach!

Amazing is not even enough to describe! Everything was perfect, could not have asked for a better location and house for our family. Kim and Andy were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The kitchen was beyond well stocked, anything and everything you would need. My grandkids made memories that will last a lifetime!! Will definitely be back!  Thank you again for sharing this amazing house, my family had probably the best trip ever to the beach.

We will definitely be back! Kim and Andy were great. The place was SPOTLESS! Usually for a beach home the floors can be dingy, dishes spotty, etc...not the case here. Just immaculate and clean. They had everything well thought out from the extra towels, endless things in the kitchen, beach stuff that you didn't even think of before, games, puzzles, etc. The view was stunning to wake up to. Kim & Andy were very quick to respond to any questions that I had. Look forward to our future trip back there.

The house was beautiful as well as the setting. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. Kim and Andy were extremely responsive the whole time. Our experience was excellent.

There is SO MUCH perfection at Longshore!!! Ideal for large gatherings. Literally EVERYTHING you might need or want, even things you wouldn’t think of, for a PERFECT, relaxing good time. Too many to list!!! If you can think of it, it’s there!! We have stayed at several homes on 30A through the years in the same area and were always dissatisfied. You will not be dissatisfied at Longshore!! We will be booking Longshore for all future annual Florida family get togethers. Thanks Kim and Andy for all the considerations you put into the Beach House.

Our group of 9 friends had a wonderful time here. The huge deck overlooking the beach with so many Adirondack chairs is where we spent most of our mornings and evenings. We would have liked to have beach chair set-up service, but Kim and Andy had so many umbrellas and beach chairs available that we managed just fine. I would definitely return here and recommend it to our friends. It is a lovely house right on the beach.

The family loved the deck with 8 Adirondack chairs, large table and hammock. It is where we started and ended our day. All the beds were comfortable and the great room was well furnished. Everyone looks forward to returning some day.

House has perfect location and views. We loved the ease of getting to the beach and the views are expansive.

Has been our favorite home on 30A for many years. The most well-stocked kitchen - great pots, pans, knives, baking sheets, glasses, blenders, etc etc. Beds are super comfy. Best porch on the beach. We even had rainy weather and had a ball. "Coffee River" broke through like we've never seen before. Love this house, and the new property manager is wonderful.

We have been taking our family of 14 to the beach for the past 10 years. This trip was the best so far. The home is beautiful with lots of room for adults and children. Amenities exceeded our expectations. While we were used to staying on a private beach, we were concerned about not having a chair/umbrella service. This home is in a low traffic area and you’re allowed tents and umbrellas of your own. We had much more space and the family time was amazing!! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

This home is beautiful and the host's were very responsive. Excellent location and tons of beach toys to play with.

This property met or exceeded all my expectations. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized, the open floor plan is great for socializing, the beds are comfortable and they had lots of beach gear. We spent the majority of our time on the covered deck talking and gazing at the beach. Also, the property management team was very responsive and great to work with.

Very nice and comfortable beach house on a gorgeous beach. We went with a lot of young kids so the direct beach access was perfect and we all had a great time. Restaurants in the small town are about a 20 minute walk on the bike path right in front of the house or a quick 5 minute drive. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

The house was exactly as described if not better. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly need and they had lots of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. The walk out to the beach was even closer than I had envisioned from the pictures. It slept 11 people very comfortably (7 adults and 4 teenagers). Even on a Spring Break week the beach area behind the house was not nearly as crowded as other areas. We loved having the 4 bikes to get around. It was a great stay.

A fabulous, well-appointed home right on the beach. Incredible kitchen. A luxurious get-away for a group of 8 life-long friends!

Beautiful home, beautiful area. Family friendly and close to so many different things to do. The house is located right on the beach on a beautiful stretch. One issue came up and the hosts were quick to solve it!

Enjoyed the stay. Easy access and visibility of the beach. We had a baby with us so family could still be “together” with some on beach and others on the covered porch. Also enjoyed the beach items available for use.

So great!! Would definitely rent again!  It was just LOVELY!  The house was spacious, yet cozy, and the beach front views of the sunset will be with me forever!
